We have three main strands of ongoing research:
- Outlets – what do e.g. accommodation providers, TICs etc. need to provide the best service for their customers
- Consumers – what information sources do they use to inform their tourism decisions
- Attractions / destinations – what marketing is driving visitor numbers and revenue
